Produced from the vineyard Clos du Moulin (2.20 hectares) situated close to Chigny-les-Roses. Always composed of 3 vintages selected for their quality and capacity for a long ageing.The production of each cuvée is limited to 15 to 20 000 bottles all numbered.
Description
Colour : Gold slightly copper coloured.
Nose : discrete and delicate. Notes of small red fruits.
Mouth : Light and fine.
The power is present but not strong. Subtle vinosity. Aromas of fresh butter and brioche bread. A matured Champagne with an ample and long finish.
